I booked a car shipment in an enclosed trailer with Ship a Car Direct to go from California to the Midwest. Communication with Ship a Car Direct was good overall. There was only some confusion with the Carrier/Broker pickup date and the seller that I was working with. The confusion may have been with the carrier and the seller, I'm not completely sure. My car arrived in good condition and would consider using their service again.
