The website was very helpful when I was deciding whether or not to ship, and to answer questions I had about the process. The street where I live was being paved, so I suggested we meet for the pick-up at a local mall. That was perfect! Except for 2700 miles of winter road grime, my car was delivered to my door in perfect shape! I washed the car before dropping a window, and paid extra attention to the seals, door jambs, etc. My mechanic here put my car on the lift and inspected the undercarriage, as well. Everything was perfect. The driver was very courteous and kept me informed of changes in his schedule. He insisted I stay in a safe parking lot, when he picked up the car and documented my vehicle's condition.
