The communication was decent from Ship A Car Direct, (not so much from the company they hired out). All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and Renee was always helpful. There may have been one too many emails, but better to have more than less. The car showed up with no extra dings or scratches, and on the estimated delivery date. I would use them again.
