The front office was good about keeping me in the loop and working with me to find a pickup schedule that worked for me. My driver was polite and personable, and even arrived a day early despite traffic delays for delivery. When my biggest complaint is having to clean some other car's drippings off my windshield after nearly 2000 miles, I have nothing bad to say about the experience.
