I had a great experience with my car shipment with Ship a Car Direct. I shipped it from San Jose, CA to CT. First of all, they have a great customer service who provided a quote right away and followed up with call to make sure they answered all questions. As soon as I provided desired shipping dates the customer service sent me the phone number of the Logistics company who texted me immediately and provided instructions how, when and where to meet the driver. The driver was extremely polite and helpful, the car arrived earlier than expected by 2 days, which was very helpful. The app provided by Ship a Car Direct to record any potential damages is very helpful as well. I absolutely will use this company again when needed. Great job done by them.
