It is very straight forward to use their service. They communicated with you regularly with very clear instructions on what to expect, although I am not sure whether those emails were sent by a real person or a robot. I was a bit worried about whether my car could be delivered on time, since there was still no carrier picked up the job the date before the expected pick-up date. i contacted them a number of times, they did responded to my calls and explained that it was normal. At around noon of the expected pick-up date, I finally received a text message and said my car would be picked up on that same date! It was a bit of a rush for me to arrange someone to help me send the car to the carrier, but eventually everything went smoothly. So, just make sure you are fully ready to ship your car on those expected windows. I guess this may be quite typical for this type of business. In general, I am satisfied with their service and will recommend people to use them.
