Ship a Car Direct was very easy to work and communicate with. They send you updates and emails about the whole process so you can prepare. This was my first time shipping a car out of state and was very nervous. They found a great shipper and my car arrived on time. The driver was able to pick up and drop off directly at my homes and would call or text me updates on when I can expect his arrival. I had no issues using their app to document the images of my car just in case I needed to put in a claim.
Definitely would use again!
