Ship a car direct was great. The shipment was selected by a carrier a day or two after going live and the vehicle was picked up on the estimated pickup date. The carrier tried to deliver a day early but we were not in town yet (if we were in town this would have been amazing!), and after contacting Gabe directly he reassured me this would not fly and I didn't hear from the carrier again until the next day. Unfortunately the carrier promised to be there "in an hour" 4 times and delayed us for 4 hours while we stayed local waiting for them to arrive, but they eventually did deliver the vehicle later that day and this was obviously outside shipacardirect's control.
