The overall experience with Ship a Car Direct is pretty good. Below are some of the things I like while using their service.
1. They always keep me update about the status.
2. There are a bunch of helpful videos on their website. They are pretty helpful for people who ship their car the first time.
3. They provide an app and make it easy for you to take a photo of your car before/after shipping.
