I had three main criteria in looking for car transport: easy, reliable, and inexpensive. Now that it's all done, I can say that Ship a Car Direct checked all 3. The process was easy. One phone call and everything was set up. The videos they have online also helped me with some questions I had. I even needed to change my delivery address after booking, and a simple email was all that it took. Reliable -- well they have many good reviews, and my car arrived with no problem. The price was good for me. Among the highly recommended and reputable companies, they gave me the best quote. There were some other less-known companies who had lower rates (only by a little), but I wasn't as confident at the time they could give as smooth an experience as Ship a Cat Direct. Overall, 5 star experience
