This is the second time I have used Ship A Car Direct. Each time has been a very smooth process. There are several people who stay in constant contact with you to make sure everything with the shipment goes smoothly. I had a specific pick up time in mind and they were able to find a carrier to meet the request. Delivery went well also. I was contacted by the driver about two days ahead of delivery to let me know when the car would arrive. The driver contacted me again about an hour before delivery to let me know he was close. Overall a very smooth process.
