We used Ship a Car Direct to transport our VW Passat from the Chicago area to Charleston, SC. Renee was very helpful and available. We did end up paying $50 more than the quote to get a driver. Our driver had truck problems so the car was one day late. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.
