Everything went as promised. We contacted Jennifer and from the beginning I was under impression that she is a professional we would like to work with. She explained the process with details and made good suggestions regarding timeline. She was also very honest about how the pricing (and bidding) is going.
We got a good honest and polite driver to take care of our car.
Smooth delivery.
The only suggestion for future would be for the company to get some sort of tracking tool so people can see where the car is. Our came a day earlier to our surprise (good surprise )
