The experience overall was good. The lack of communication was an issue. My car was supposed to be picked up on a Wednesday by 6:30 p.m. When no one arrived and no call or text received, I reached out and was told there was an issue with another car and mine wouldn't be picked up until Thursday. Delivery was the same. Estimated delivery date was a Sunday - came and went with no call or text. On Monday I called three times to find out where my car was and when it would be delivered. Finally delivered at 9:15 p.m. on Monday.
