Matt was always accessible (even after business hours!), clear and helpful. Our carrier was set up quickly, and was able to pick up our car (happily) sooner than we had expected. The driver (Leo) was friendly and courteous. Since both the pickup and delivery points were inaccessible to a large truck, Leo went "the extra mile" (several, actually!) to make pickup and delivery convenient for my daughter (contact person in CA) and for us in TN. He picked up the car on Saturday in CA and delivered it in TN on Thursday night, in a dense fog. He found a broad, open spot for unloading the car, which arrived in pristine condition. All in all, our experience with Ship a Car Direct, and the carrier they chose, was excellent!
