My car shipment experience was overall positive. When you send in your order, there is about a 3-day window in which your car will be picked. In my situation they told me my destination was off the beaten path so it could take longer. And indeed it took a few extra days. Apart from that, things were positive. The truck driver was nice and responsive. And there was no damages to my car. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct.
