We researched many organizations and although the cost of this one was a bit more than some of the others, it was worth it to know our car was safe and well taken care of. The carrier we worked with was very nice and accommodating to our schedule - although they did call us a day early and say they were picking up the car that same day. The new timing worked for us, and I think it's just the nature of the business that it's not a set schedule.
