By my own fault, I tried booking a cross country car shipment just a few days before I needed it shipped and with a small window of time in which it could be picked up. Shipacardirect kept in close contact with me and helped me brainstorm solutions and find the best carrier for my situation. Whenever I called the phone was either picked up or I got a call back within the hour. If I had booked a little earlier (maybe a week and half before I needed it shipped), the whole transaction would’ve been completely smooth.
