Ship a Car Direct Could Not Have Been Better.

We shipped my 2006 Chevy Impala from Maryland to Arizona in less than a week. Communication with Stephan was the best. Always kept us up-to-date. Changed the date of pick-up - no problem. We did only have a 30 minute warning the trailer would arrive on a date we had not confirmed but we knew it was to happen, so we were on alert. Driver requested we meet for pick-up at a larger space so we met at Lowe's close to our home. The car was delivered to our door-step in Arizona in perfect shape. The driver was fast and friendly. We sent him on his way with cold water and some snacks. The original quote was $1,300 with a $30 refund if I fill out this survey. The trailer driver charged $1,125, ShipACarDirect charged $225 so there's an added $50 that I will contact them about.
