Reliable broker but poor communication

This is the second time that I used this company for relocating my car. I really liked them the first time, but not too impressed this time. For example, I don’t hear back anything about picking up the car until the day after my initial pick up date. The carrier then called 30 min before their arrival witthout any prior notice. In addition, the carrier arrived one day early before target arrival date. I would have to inform a friend to pick up for me. The overall experience was just not good and lack of communication.

We are sad to know that you were not impressed with the transport of vehicle. Our sincerest apologies for the lack of communication which is not usually the case. Pick ups sometimes do happen last minute or same day due to the nature of the business. Carriers will pick up cars in the area when they are available, and not a moment sooner. We also apologize that your car arrived early, usually we get the opposite complaint, that it's late. We will surely deal with the carrier about this to continue to improve how we do our service.
