4.5 stars. Very responsive to my questions, though they had difficulty confirming a carrier until 1 day before my scheduled pickup date, likely due to my request being long distance (Texas -> California) and/or busy season. However, the service was very good.
Car arrived on-time and safely in California. Would definitely recommend!
