This was our first time transporting a car. John at Ship A Car Direct was awesome. He answered all my questions, was very honest and so helpful. Their price was fair and John helped explain why others might be hundreds of dollars less and what those pitfall might be. This was all before I hired him. John answered all our e-mails, texts and returned phone messages immediately. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
