We needed a car shipped from California to New York. I spoke with Renee, who was able to give me an accurate quote and was able to find a carrier in a timely manner. There was a slight delay in picking up the car, but as I was warned in advance, things like that could happen. This was not a big deal because both the driver and the broker were easy to reach and sent constant updates about the status of the transport.
The car was delivered only 4 days after pickup! The driver was spectacular at finding alternate routes around parways (the roadways that don’t allow trucks) to deliver the car only 1 block away from our apartment!
Overall, we are happy with the experience and would contact them again if we need a car shipped.
