Good but too much and too little

So going off the fact that this is the easiest and best way to ship your car, especially cross country, there are three things I had slight issues with. I have had experience with other third party companies like Ship-A-Car Direct, and even though they didn’t charge as much, it was complete chaos. These guys have the connections and get things done ASAP. 1- Too costly, for connecting the customer to the trucker they charged me about $200, then I had to pay the trucker the shipping cost. 2- Too many emails!!! I’m a returning, experienced customer, I don’t need 10,000 emails (slightly exaggerated). Just a simple “we got your order”, “we charged the initial deposit to your card”, “we got you and carrier, can you confirm”, “your car has been delivered” 3- After the carrier picks up your car, Ship-A-Car Direct goes like “ok, our job is done, it’s all on you now”. At least think logically that maybe the customer is shipping the car because they have other matters to attend, so why don’t you actually do the worth of your job and make sure the customer is well aware of the status of their car.
