Overall, the shipment of my vehicle went smoothly. Pickup and delivery were both on time and the car arrived in good condition. Given how everything turned out, I would probably use this company if I had to do this again. The only things that brought me concern as a first-time client was not knowing whether my car would be picked up in time since I had not been assigned a carrier until a day before. My rep was also a bit hard to reach at times. Other than that, no issues.
