Overall experience with Ship A Car Direct was good. Communication was great, but I was surprise that my pickup date was delayed by a few days. I have given them over 1 month of notice and the vehicle wasn’t picked up on the first initial date. (To me, if I have given you that much lead way, I wasn’t expecting to be delayed). The driver for the company PHL Transport could have been nicer, but the car got there with no problem.
