The only small difficulty was that we were told the driver would call us the evening before the car was to be picked up, we had not received a call by 10:30pm, so called him. We called again when we didn't get a call the next morning, as expected, so we could plan around work schedules. The same thing happened on delivery, with the need to call the driver to get information. As I say, all worked well in the end, it was just the expectation that the driver would contact us, and us not wanting to bother him while he was driving, etc. If we had been instructed to call the driver from the beginning, I would have been less concerned and spent fewer hours waiting for a call. The driver was receptive, called us back, and his phone number worked. So, as I say, all went well in the end.
