There are so many shippers out there, that it was very difficult to choose the 'right' one. Through reading reviews, I finally selected Ship-a-Car-Direct. What a great decision. This company stands behind their product. Their services are 'second-to-none.' One of their brokers, Jennifer walked me through the processes and followed up with me 'daily' from finding a carrier, to pick-up of vehicle, through delivery. Though I had to bid up the cost several times to get a carrier (I wanted an enclosed trailer), Jennifer worked with me to make it happen by reducing her brokerage fee and ensuring that scheduled dates would be met. Throughout the entire shipping process, Ship-a-Car-Direct was professional, kept the customer informed, and most of all, delivered my vehicle in perfect condition.
