This was my first time to ship a car. Without prior experience, I was apprehensive not knowing what to expect. We were shipping a prized possession, a well cared 34K mile Mercedes E350 from San Francisco to my uncle in Melbourne, Florida. I talked to few shippers but was immediately comfortable with Jennifer. She answered all my question on-point and explained the whole process without leaving any stage unanswered. She kept in constant touch until my car was picked. The shipper came promptly the day the day he was scheduled to pick. And the car was delivered on the day it was supposed to arrive. The whole transaction went smoothly!! It was 'awesome" ! It was a "piece of cake" because I picked the right company.
