This is the first time I have ever shipped a car across county, from CA to ME, so it was a big learning experience for me. Ship a Car Direct was easy to use, the customer service team was responsive to my e-mails and questions, and I had a few. I also liked that they continued to keep in touch with me during the process with informative e-mails. Prices were very reasonable and I shopped around. The transportation company was flexible in picking up and dropping off car. I lived in a complex that they were unable to pull the big rig in to pick up the car. So since I was at lunch with my sister in-law they met me close to the restaurant where we were eating.
Jennifer was nice and seemed knowledgeable in this process. .
Happy with the overall service and would use them again.
