The Shipacardirect website and customer outreach process to explain how the vehicle shipping industry works and their role in the network as a broker was excellent. Once the order was booked and a driver assigned there were subsequently a couple changes with the driver / pickup dates and the update notices of the new estimated pickup were a little tardy - I felt like I had to be fairly proactive in calling the trucking company directly each day to get the latest status and make sure we were coordinating appropriately. Once the final driver and pickup date was confirmed the driver contacted me directly about a day in advance it was easy to stay in contact and and work out getting the pickup completed. The vehicle was delivered to Matson Terminal 25 in Seattle so we won't know about the condition of the vehicle until we pick it up in Lihue, HI in a few weeks.
