Overall working through Ship a Car Direct was positive. I was nervous as we were 3 days past the first date my car could be picked up for delivery before I was told they had a driver to drive and deliver my vehicle. And I received an email at 4:00 pm that they had dispatched my order to a driver and it could be picked up that evening - very little time to prepare. Fortunately, I was able to talk to the company and driver directly and coordinate the process. Car was delivered 2 days later 1650 miles away - impressive!
