They gave me 3 days window for pick-up, and the driver arrived on the second day. The estimated transporting time is 5 to 7 days and it used 6 days. I put a lot of my stuff in my car and it had no additional charges. The contact person was not so fast to response my questions, it took up to 12 hours.
