Lots of email updates, very clear communication, very clear on who my contact is. The videos were also very useful on the website. Only downside is that we missed my "ship on or after" date and my rep didn't acknowledge it until I brought it to her attention. Not a big deal for me, but might be important for someone who is limited on their ship date.
