Had a great experience with John at Ship A Car Direct (agency with reliable drivers they work with). He was extremely knowledgeable and very prompt in keeping me updated. There was a slight delay in pickup but I was assured continually that there wouldn't be any issues. John even returned part of the broker fee because of the delay in addition to a rebate for a review. Got my car delivered in 2 days without any damage. Thanks John! Would recommend to all!
