Ship a Car Direct was professional during the entire car transport experience and offered support throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, and the carrier that we were matched with (Alan Auto Transport) was especially accommodating (we had to switch the delivery address 50 miles away after realizing we need to pay $900 cash to the carrier on delivery, and the carrier was okay with the address switch). Our car arrived a day early than expected, which was great.
