I highly recommend ShipACarDirect, everyone was approachable and sufficient information was provided on the website and email so there isn’t a lot of need to talk to a customer service rep (although I’m confident that their service rep is reachable within a phone call). The transporter Buya Transportation was also professional and courteous. Although the pickup was earlier than scheduled, it may be because I booked only a couple of days ahead.
