I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS ONLINE, CALLED DAVID FOR HELP. HE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER ONLINE AND SENT ME TO THE WEBSITE. IT WAS NOT DIFFICULT TO TAKE A PHONE ORDER AND IT FRUSTRATED ME. I ASKED HIM WHY HE COULDN'T TAKE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE AND IT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS TOO BUSY TO BOTHER. DESPITE HIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I STILL FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH MY ONLINE ORDER.
THE TRUCKING COMPANY PICKED UP MY VEHICLE ON TIME. THE CAR WENT ON AN OPEN TRUCK WITH TWO ROWS OF VEHICLES. I WAS ESTIMATED 15 DAYS AND THEY DELIVERED MY VEHICLE IN 10 DAYS. MY CAR WAS FILTHY WITH DIRT AND SLUDGE FROM OTHER CARS. IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE UPON DELIVERY AND THE VEHICLE WAS DIRTY BROWN INSTEAD OF WHITE. THESE TWO FACTORS INHIBITED MY INSPECTION. ONCE I INSPECTED AND WASHED MY CAR I HAD A FEW EXTRA PAINT CHIPS AROUND THE VEHICLE. TO LATE TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH MINOR CHIPS ON A WHITE VEHICLE. THIS IS THE SECOND CAR I HAVE SHIPPED CROSS COUNTRY. NEXT TIME THE ONLY ADJUSTMENT I WOULD MAKE IS TO REQUEST A CLOSED TRUCK TRANSPORT.
