My car shipment was the first I have ever done. The website was very informative and customer service readily available to explain what to expect, watch out for and calm me in my panicked rapid move. While frustrated at first, it was because of my lack of knowledge and uncertainty.Ship a Car Direct communicated often and clearly about my car transport, no surprises and easy process. I would use them again.
