I want to start by saying that I had already planned to review Ship a Car Direct for 3 different sites before I was offered an incentive for this review. Few companies have got it together like this one! Every step of the transportation process I went through with Kosta, was handled with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
My mother, Marsha, was relocating from Florida to California. She has a difficult time using any technology and gets easily frustrated, so I became the main contact.
Key Reasons I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct: 1. They send you a quote, then follow up right away, letting you see how much they would like to have your business. The other company I requested a quote from, sent it and I never heard from them again.
2. They absolutely put the customer first! Everything is geared toward making your shipping process as easy as possible, including- a personal customer support representative who stays with you from quote to Delivery, videos explaining the process, a 24 hour hotline you can call or text, a special app to take pictures of your car before and after shipping, and an easy online ordering process.
3. Their is a lot of information you need when transporting a car from State to State. They break down they information and send each piece as it becomes relevant to where you are at in the process.
4. Customer Service Rep.- I only know my representative, Kosta. I had many questions and concerns along the way, because of the special circumstances regarding my mother’s cognitive health. He responded immediately to every email I sent. He treated me and my situation with respect, going above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs. He made me feel as though we were his only customers. I had one concern when I hadn’t heard from the carrier (separate company contracted by SACD) and Kosta immediately addressed it, contacted them and kept me updated with their progress. I have never worked with someone with better customer service abilities than him.
I promise you, you will not find a company better suited to facilitate the shipping of your vehicle than Ship a Car Direct!
