Our car was shipped from LA to North Carolina. It arrived on time and undamaged. It showed up a little dirty, but I expected as much. I got lots of communications from the team throughout the process, with agents available to discuss any concerns.
Only drawback to the process was the need to pay for the bulk of the charge upon cash or with a cashier's check. Would have preferred a way to pay digitally or with a card. Unfortunately, this seems to be standard practice with most carriers.
