I shipped my Camry from California to New York in an enclosed carrier. Ten days after making a request, a carrier had not been confirmed. While Jennifer communicated updates frequently, the day I received confirmation for pick up was also the day the carrier arrived. When I called to set up a time with the driver, he was already in town, which caused a bit of a crunch in getting the car ready while packing for a cross country move. When I arrived to drop off the car, the "enclosed" carrier was more of an open carrier with thick tarp on the sides. Being that I had shipped a car before in a completely enclosed truck, I was a little weary, however the driver unloaded about $550K worth of vehicles (including a Lamborghini), so I was not as nervous. The car arrived to my door one day later than expected for reasons that had been communicated by the driver who was very personable and professional. Overall it was a good experience.
