I had no experience in having a car shipped. The ordering was easy, John stayed In touch with me throughout the process. From my request to driver arriving to pick up my car. Driver was clean, prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. I'm an elderly widow, so this could have been a very frustrating nightmare, but it wasn't.
