When their quote was too low to attract a shipper, they had me increase it $50. When there was still no interest, they took $125 from their cut to attract a shipper for me rather than asking me to pay more. They were already hundreds less than the first shipper I'd considered. Other than a short delay in delivery, there were no problems and the total shipping time was quicker than expected. I would use them again.
