I had a great experience. I will admit this was not the cheapest transporter out there but I believe you get what you pay for. I spoke to Scott initially he emailed me info I requested after explaining things on the phone to me with a contact number as well as his email and all the info I asked for. He was never pushy and did not keep calling asking if I was going with their service. He simply said he recommended I did my research and decide from there. After doing just that I went with this broker. Scott was always available to answer any questions I had, they also have great informative videos on the website that answered most of the questions I had. Now lets get to the transport itself. The trucking company I was assigned to was Monex LLC my driver was Chinzo. He was very nice he did not speak great English but communicated via text which was fine with me. Upon pick up he was very patient after he went over my Jeep and marked his paper very similar to renting a car. I reviewed it went over any questions on it and off he went. Upon delivery he was a day early and wanted to deliver at night when I told him my sister didn't feel safe picking up the car that late at night (11:30pm) he was completely okay agreed to meet the next day. He location he selected was very far from the original address given. When I expressed this to him he asked for an address that his truck was allowed at and when I sent it to him he agreed to meet there. I think communication is key and he was great at complying to reasonable request. Delivery went smooth and my Jeep was delivered in good condition just dirty from the drive but that was expected. Scott followed up during the whole process to see if I had any questions and to see how things were going and got ahold of my driver the one time I couldn't. Over all things went great I will for sure use this service again.
