My overall experience was excellent. The pick up and delivery was very smooth, drop off was delayed from the expected day in the late afternoon till the next day at 11am, not a big deal and the contact persons for pick up and delivery were great. Kosta even adjusted his fee ($50 reduction) as the carrier came in a little high so that the total payment was the same as the original quote. I highly recommend this company!
