The driver was courteous, explained the reason for the delay whenever he was running late for pickup and most importantly was able to deliver the vehicle 4on time. Kosta, who was my contact person with Ship a car direct was extremely helpful too and explained the whole process as this was my first ever experience in shipping a vehicle. would definitely recommend based on my personal experience.
