Had to ship a car last minute for a cross country move when car wouldn't fit in tow dolly. Knowing nothing about the process or anything, it was frustrating having phone calls all the time with offers and such. Some very pushy people. I liked the many positive reviews online and the focus on good customer service and taking care of customer.



I appreciated the videos online. I called the company with some questions and really appreciated Jennifer's honesty and not being pushy. Giving me a good expectations and helping me know how to make it all work.



She warned me the offer might be low and we might need to up the price. When i had placed the order, she called to confirm all the details. While we had agreed on a price Ship a Car direct and how much the driver got, they gave $25 to the drivers money so it'd be more likely to be picked up. Thank you for looking out for your customers!



Would use again. Courteous,friendly. Drivermet us right nearby for transportation and was helpful for timing.
