I had my Honda Civic shipped from San Francisco to Long Island, New York. The service was good and the car arrived in 5 days with no problems. The only issue was that Ship a Car Direct informed me to leave a 3 day window in which the car can be picked up, and it came one day later on the fourth day. This created a problem because I had a flight booked and therefore need to arrange for a friend to drop off the car. I would advice leaving a four or even five day window in order for the car to be picked up. Besides that the service was excellent.
