Good service with some logistic problems

There were two issues with Ship A Car Direct: 1) it took 2 weeks to find a carrier and no explanation was given for delay- 2) once a carrier was designated he was given the wrong pick up address. Fortunately, the carrier and I communicated well and we were able to sort out the former error. My car was delivered without a scratch and in good time, albeit later than the estimated date.
